The always fabulous Beyoncé has been looking even more stunning than usual lately, despite having gained 60 pounds during her recent pregnancy. Her personal trainer Marco Borges recently revealed to Life and Style Magazine how he helped her get back into shape.
From the magazine: “Consistency is the key to success,” her trainer shares. “I love running-spring intervals for quick cardio sessions and also…running stairs.” And that’s exactly what he did with the “Single Ladies” singer. As for nutrition? He recommended at least “one vegan meal a day because this typically gets people to eat more greens than they normally would.”
While there are plenty more reason to eat vegan other than just weight loss, we applaud the effort to cut out meat & dairy in exchange for healthier plant-based meals, and if Beyoncé is any proof, it’s safe to say that going vegan even part time is a step in the right direction.
