This recipe for No-Bake Peanut Butter fudge is a recipe Sarina found on WoodstockCandy.com. She was skeptical at first but tried it and discovered it worked – and tasted – like a dream!

We think you could try swapping out the vegan buttery spread for Earth Balance® Organic Coconut Spread. We haven’t tried that option yet; we’ll keep you posted! If you try it, let us know.

  5. btw, this recipe is mistyped. If you click on the link, the original calls for 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar. I noticed this after I had my fudge in the fridge for about 20 minutes :( I’m now trying to salvage it…. *sigh*

  7. Aww thanks :) It ended up coming out okay. Not as firm as it looks it the picture. Maybe because I had to reheat it and chill it again after adding the extra powdered sugar. It tastes good though. I definitely want to try it again with the correct measurements. Thanks for the coupons!
